Peregrine Nature Tours is named after the Peregrine Falcon, a remarkable bird whose name means "wanderer." Nathaniel chose this name to mirror his love of wandering through nature, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells that surround him.

A nature wanderer since he was a young boy, Nathaniel has spent most of his life in the great outdoors. He has followed California Spotted Owls between massive western pine trees, crawled through lava tubes, kayaked by starlight over a mirror-smooth lake, backpacked to a remote glacier in the Alaska Range, and watched the Aurora Borealis dancing overhead in the Canadian Rockies.
